How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, tracked with Royal Mail. UK delivery starts at £2.99, and orders over £75 can be sent fully insured and signed for.
How are cards packed?
Singles ship sleeved, in a top-loader, inside a rigid mailer. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed. High-value orders go fully insured.
Cards & condition
How are singles graded?
By hand, against our published scale — see the Card Condition Guide. If a card arrives not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
Are your cards genuine?
Always. Every card and sealed product is sourced carefully and checked before listing. If it carries our name, it's the real deal.
Preorders
When do preorders ship?
On or around the release date shown on the product. Payment is taken at order; you can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch. Mixed orders ship together when the preorder lands.
